All services provided by Business Website Solution are digital and virtual in nature, including website development, design, maintenance, and related services.
Since no physical products are delivered, returns are not applicable.
No Refund Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has started, resources have been allocated, or services have been delivered.
This policy applies to:

- Custom or WordPress websites
- E-commerce, booking, real estate, or hotel websites
- Maintenance services
- Content creation and logo design
- Any other digital service provided by us
Unlimited Revisions
To ensure customer satisfaction, all our plans include unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan.
Revisions cover:
- Design adjustments
- Content changes
- Layout refinements
Revisions do not include:
- New features not discussed initially
- Major redesigns after final approval
- Additional pages or functionalities outside the selected plan
Any work outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after it has started:
- No refund will be issued
- Any completed or in-progress work remains the property of Business Website Solution until full payment is made
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service
- Both parties mutually agree in writing

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

- Termination of ongoing projects
